What we collect
When you use the lead form on this site, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, company/website (if provided), the service you need, a footage link (if provided), and your message. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you send in that message.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, deliver your free sample edit, and provide the video editing services you request. We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
- Formspree — processes lead-form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- GitHub Pages — hosts this website.
- WhatsApp — if you message us, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run advertising trackers. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference (in localStorage), so the site remembers your choice.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and provide services. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email hello@theastraforge.com.
